Agreement

Participation Agreement & Consent

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms of participation in the Art Hampton × The Hub exhibition:

  1. Exhibition Participation. If selected, you will exhibit the artwork(s) described in this application for the full duration of the exhibition, September 18 – October 18, 2026.
  2. Artwork Drop-Off & Pickup. You are responsible for delivering your artwork during the scheduled drop-off window (September 14–16, 2026) and collecting it after the exhibition closes. Work not collected within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or deemed abandoned.
  3. Sales & Commission — 50/50 Split. If your artwork is sold during the exhibition, the proceeds shall be divided equally: 50% to the artist and 50% to Art Hampton × The Hub. You confirm you hold clear title to the work and the right to sell it.
  4. Display & Promotion. You grant Art Hampton × The Hub permission to display, photograph, and reproduce images of your artwork for exhibition, archival, and promotional purposes.
  5. Care & Liability. Art Hampton × The Hub will take reasonable care of your artwork while on the premises but is not liable for loss or damage beyond its control. You are encouraged to insure your work.
  6. Accuracy. You confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
